RADIANT MOBILE VIDEO TRIVIA & MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES

1. OVERVIEW
Radiant Mobile is a mobile phone service provided by Radiant Mobile, LLC. As part of the Radiant Mobile app experience, users have access to a free-to-play video trivia game in which participants watch video content and answer trivia questions based on what they watched. Points earned through gameplay are converted into raffle tickets and automatically entered into a monthly sweepstakes drawing for the chance to win cash and prizes. No purchase or paid subscription is required to participate. See Section 3 for the free Alternative Method of Entry.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Radiant Mobile, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. 3. HOW TO ENTER
Paid Subscriber Entry (Primary Method) Active Radiant Mobile service subscribers may access the trivia game directly through the Radiant Mobile app. Users must watch a designated video within the app in its entirety before the corresponding trivia game becomes available. Skipping or fast-forwarding may disqualify the video from unlocking its associated trivia game.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) No purchase or paid subscription is required to participate. Non-subscribers may request a free play code by mailing a handwritten request including their full legal name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth to:

One free play code will be issued per outer mailing envelope. Free play codes provide access to the trivia game experience and are subject to the same point-earning rules as subscriber entries. Requests for free play codes must be received before the last day of the applicable Drawing Period to be eligible for that month's drawing.
4. HOW TO PLAY
Step 1 – Watch a Video Watch a designated video in its entirety to unlock its associated trivia game.
Step 2 – Play the Trivia Game Once a video is completed, launch the corresponding trivia game. Each game consists of multiple-choice or short-answer questions based on the video just watched.
Step 3 – Answer Questions and Earn Points Points are awarded for each correctly answered question. Point values per question are displayed before or during gameplay. Questions may be subject to a time limit, which will be clearly shown on screen. Failing to answer before the time limit expires will result in no points being awarded for that question.
Step 4 – Replay Policy Users may replay any trivia game an unlimited number of times. However, points may only be earned the first time a user plays the trivia game for any given video. All subsequent replays are for entertainment and practice only and will not result in additional points being awarded.
5. POINTS AND RAFFLE TICKETS
Each point earned through gameplay is automatically converted into one (1) raffle ticket and entered into the current month's drawing. Points and raffle tickets have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be purchased, gifted, sold, or traded. There is no cap on the number of points a user may earn or the number of raffle tickets a user may accumulate. Accumulating more points improves a user's statistical odds of winning but does not guarantee a win, as the drawing is random.
6. MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING
Drawing Period A new Drawing Period begins on the first (1st) day of each calendar month and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of that same month. All raffle tickets earned on or before the closing date and time will be included in that month's drawing.
Selection of Winners On or around the fifth (5th) business day following the close of each Drawing Period, Radiant Mobile, LLC will conduct a randomized electronic drawing from all eligible raffle tickets in the pool. Three (3) winners will be selected per month.
Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of raffle tickets held by an eligible participant relative to the total number of raffle tickets in the drawing pool for that Drawing Period. Earning more points increases a participant's number of raffle tickets and improves their relative odds, but all selections are made randomly and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
7. PRIZES
Three (3) winners will be awarded per Drawing Period. Each winner will receive cash or prizes with a combined Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD), for a total monthly prize pool of up to three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 USD). The specific form of prize fulfillment will be communicated to winners following the drawing. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of Radiant Mobile, LLC. Radiant Mobile, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent documentation prior to prize fulfillment.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via the contact information associated with their Radiant Mobile account or their AMOE mailing request (by email or in-app notification) within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond and confirm eligibility within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within that window, failure to confirm eligibility, or return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the same drawing pool.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Radiant Mobile, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner. Any attempt to manipulate point totals, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use bots, scripts, or automated tools, create multiple accounts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate disqualification and permanent forfeiture of all accumulated points and raffle tickets. Radiant Mobile, LLC further reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's service account in connection with any such violation.
Radiant Mobile, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries; technical or network failures; typographical or printing errors; or any damage to a participant's device related to participation.
Radiant Mobile, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes or these Official Rules at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, error, or any cause beyond its reasonable control. In the event of cancellation or modification, notice will be provided through the Radiant Mobile app.
By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Radiant Mobile, LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Mobile, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.
11. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Sponsor's State of Incorporation], without giving effect to any choice of law rules.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected through participation in the sweepstakes is subject to Radiant Mobile, LLC's Privacy Policy, available at [URL]. By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in that policy.

A list of monthly winners will be made available upon written request. Requests must be received within ninety (90) calendar days following the close of the applicable Drawing Period and should be sent to:
