Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account inside the Radiant Mobile app (developed by Radiant Mobile, LLC.) and how to request deletion from support if you can't access the app.

Delete your account in the Radiant Mobile App

  1. Open the app and sign in.

  2. Go to Profile > Delete Account

  3. Confirm the deletion request.

Request account deletion from support

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by contacting support:

Email:      support@chatmobile.com

Subject:  Account Deletion Request

Include:  the email or phone number used for your account and your full name
